First, make sure you’ve thoroughly investigated the FAQ page.
If your question doesn’t appear there, and it’s within Mike’s expertise to answer, he will answer it on the FAQ page near the top when he has time.
(There are many areas that are outside of Mike’s wheelhouse. So he only answers questions for which he knows the answers.)
Once you submit your question, wait a little while then periodically check the FAQ page to see if it’s there.
If your question is not within Mike’s wheelhouse, you may want to ask someone who has expertise in the subject you are inquiring about.
