We cannot disregard the fact that we are called to defend the defenseless. The widow and orphan and UNBORN. We can’t just sit back and do nothing while babies are murdered in the womb. God instituted punishment as well. There are crimes and punishments for those crimes.

Long ago man decided to make abortion legal. What’s wrong with trying to, at the very least, reduce its currently unlimited levels?

We would never succeed in making it illegal again, and I agree that it shouldn’t be addressed at the federal level, either a complete ban or complete freedom to kill any unborn child of any gestational age for any reason. However, letting states decide what each one will and will not permit in that state, which is based on what most people in that state want, is a better way to go. The more moral states will have more limitations, and the others less.

The alternative, doing nothing, not only is consent by silence, but would allow the evil that has pushed abortion to the most extreme limits, to continue until they have succeeded in making a federal law forcing every state to to allow, and provide, abortion through all 9 months and even outright infanticide after birth or failed abortion.

Let’s be honest, that’s what their goal is.

We will never make everyone Christian nor will we make them simply moral enough to end the practice of abortion, but it got this far because we stood by and said let everyone make their own choices. Everyone has a choice to make when it comes to their own salvation. No one can make that choice for them. But are we not called to stand against evil? Should we not be attempting to protect those who cannot protect themselves?

We let evil run rampant rather than standing in the gap. Not getting involved got us here, with the gender nonsense, with abortion, and so much more. We aren’t called to stand back and do nothing, we are called to stand for righteousness. It’s about time we do it.

Post-election, everywhere we hear about the “new hope” Trump brings to America, and talk about how “we did it!” and Americans have spoken, etc., etc. Don’t get me wrong…I am glad the election turned out how it did! But, what gets me is how quick Americans are to take all of the credit for how it turned out. It falls so rapidly from gratitude to God, to a humanistic posture from which we hear non-stop boasting and pride with little or no thanks to Him, much less acknowledging Him at all. Sad isn’t it?

Yes, we make a difference, one person at a time. I have recently retired in the last year, and am blessed by the time I have with my grandchildren, but also the interaction I have with others, through volunteering or mentoring, not to mention the opportunity to study and write!

So much for atheists' argument, "you don't need God to have a highly moral prople!"

We very obviously DO, especially when we're talking about entire countries, growing less and less moral in the absence of belief in Christ! Even an atheist should be able to see that by now, lol!

Yes I agree and it’s very hard to argue against it. There is a clear difference between when the USA was most Christian and now. Sure some will say that around 65% still claim to be Christian but I don’t know how many of that are very active so the real number may be a bit lower. Clear trend though and combined with removing Jesus from our culture (schools, etc) it’s hard to ignore.

Absolutely Mike, even secular movies and music used to be more wholesome the further we go back. Now, it's nearly all Satanic trash.

I know for sure that Trump is a Satanist. Do NOT put any hope in him, he's just an actor in Lucifer's game. "MAGA" is actually a membership in the Church of Satan.

He couldn't care less about God, genuine Christianity, or protecting children. There's a reason he knows Freemason secret handshakes, he's a from a long line of Scottish Rite Freemasons.

I believe that our country IS slowly coming back to God. It is not happening overnight by any means. But I see the tide turning in a big, big way. Make America Godly Again.

I have to stand up and talk about what it is to own my body to love my body and to know what my body needs I am a woman and I absolutely have a choice what to do with my body. It is mine and not yours, and I don’t care what God you say. I know that my God wants me to feel independent of any tyranny, of any religion, superstition, or dogma that takes away the right of my sovereignty in Christ. I think one needs to learn how to think about the meaning of the golden rule. Hopefully you can have the freedom to remove yourself from what your ancestors thought. We are involved beyond telling people what to do with their own bodies, what fashion and taste they should have. As long as it does not harm & if the mother feels it will harm her & therefore, her child, she is the authority in the matter.

Maybe you’ve never looked at the Freakonomics movie that proved that once you have laws that force unwanted children, you have just increased the crime rate. An unwanted child is sad indeed, and reverberates back into society because there’s nothing that can replace a mother that nurtures and cares for her child that she wants; and I pray, there’s a father in that family, too!

Father Mother God, teach us to be moral, teach us to have discipline in living the life that was shown us by the Life✝️of Christ. Amen 🙏

I see 3 problems with your argument.

1. The baby's body is not your body.

2. Infertility is skyrocketing. There are large numbers of loving parents that want a child so badly that would love to adopt an unwanted baby.

3. Every person is made in the image of God and was for ordained for a purpose. Abortion kills an image bearer of God.
