✝️ An Easter Message from Jesus to the Christians Who Worship Trump Before God
My beloved children,
You call on My name in your assemblies. You build monuments in My likeness. You hang My image from your necks, but not My words in your hearts. You wrap yourselves in flags and Bibles and declare, “America First,” as if I ever preached such a gospel.
I did not.
I walked among the sick, the poor, the stranger, the enemy. I touched the leper. I healed the outcast. I fed the hungry—without asking for their citizenship. I never asked if a widow was “from here.” I did not demand identification from a beggar before opening My hand. I did not require allegiance to an empire before offering grace.
But you—many of you—who shout My name the loudest, have turned away from My voice the most.
When you sever aid to the suffering, you do not save your nation—you sever your soul. When you shrug at starving children across the ocean, you starve your own humanity. When you mock the refugee or slam the gates on a fleeing family, you are not defending your borders—you are closing your hearts. And when you hoard your wealth and withhold it from the sick, the broken, the wounded—do not pretend you are honoring Me.
You are mocking Me.
I never said “America First.” I said, “The last shall be first.” I said, “Whatever you did for the least of these—the hungry, the sick, the imprisoned, the foreigner—you did for Me.”
Did you think that verse had an asterisk? Did you think the commandment came with a caveat?
You send war machines, but not bandages. You send vitriolic words, but not bread. You wave My cross like a weapon, not a sacrifice. And now you dare to use My name to justify cruelty—to cheer as families are torn apart, as aid is stripped from nations crushed by war and disaster, as the vulnerable are silenced, starved, or erased.
You call this leadership.
I call it sin.
You say I am your Savior. But I ask you: what do you actually save?
I weep for the children you abandon. I weep for the women you forget. I weep for the neighbor you fear and the enemy you dehumanize. And I weep for you—not because you do not know better, but because you do.
Your policies are not Christian. Your cruelty is not courageous. And your silence in the face of injustice is not strength—it is surrender to evil in My name.
Repent—not with words, but with action. Tear down the golden idols of nationalism. Tend to the wounds of the world. Let your love stretch across borders. Let your mercy overflow the walls you’ve built.
And above all, remember:
I do not dwell in flags or capitals or missiles. I dwell in the hearts of the meek, the poor, the peacemakers. And I will recognize My followers not by how loudly they pray in public— But by how bravely they love in private.
With sorrow,
Jesus of Nazareth
Servant of the Poor, Friend of the Stranger, Lord of No Empire
GOD Bless you Brother Mike as you share Christ Crucified. Indeed the double imputation took place when Christ became sin for Us, He took on my Sin Your sin & imputed to me/us His Righteousness! He drank the cup of the Wrath of God taking the punishment for our sin paying the Redemptive Price we have Liberty in Christ. Set free from the Bondage to Sin the power to Sin no more out of our Love & Obedience to Christ as our desire is to serve the living GOD who forgave our Sin, paid our debt in full giving us LIFE ETERNAL HE CONQUERED DEATH RISING FROM THE GRAVE! He sojourned 40 days seen by hundreds & then on the Day of Pentecost ascended to Heaven & is Seated on His Throne at the Right Hand of GOD until He returns on the Last Day! WORTHY WORTHY WORTHY ID THE LAMB WHO WAS SLAIN! HOLY HOLY IS HE! Christ our Passover Lamb Sacrificed for Us who come to Believe on Him!
That is why we, who were risen with Him in His resurrection on the Sabbath, keep that day dear to our hearts, deeply sacred and Holy. Those of us who understand our Creator, continue in His TEN COMMANDMENTS. 1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 4. Keep the Sabbath Holy. That is the one day, we are to set aside from all secular activities and remain silent, prayerful, study His words of inspiration and warning, growing deeper and deeper
in obedience to Him, alone. No one, else. Eggs have nothing to do with this cherished time. Nor does coloring eggs, egg hunts or cakes.
Holy Week is a time of deep reflection and repentance (I believe) for true believers. Often times (as you mentioned in so many words), I think we might tend to sit back and say “ Christ died for my sins; he did all the work for me”. But if we are true followers , we will die to our own sins, in a cross-bearing way. As He said “pick up your cross and follow me”.
This isn’t a free ride in other words. But like Christ , we too, can overcome. Blessed Holy Week everyone.
Thank you sister. I really appreciate that. It is such a wonderful time to reflect on what the Lord has done for and to us. Have a great Holy Week and a Blessed Resurrection Sunday.
Yeah all of our "holidays" aren't even holidays, because well, they aren't Holy Days. Easter and the easter bunny represents the demoness Ishtar, Santa is just rearranged "Satan," I could go on and on. The level of hate this world has for Christ is everywhere, but as Mike said, thankfully we as followers are not to join the world in their pagan (or really, Satanist) perversions of what these days are supposed to be.
Dates in general have very little importance to me, if any. I don't even care to celebrate my own birthday - there's no significance to it, I don't need to be "wished a happy birthday" as even that reeks of the typical narcissistic paganism.
I’m always a leaky faucet when it comes to Christ. I went through several tissues reading your message. It’s difficult to fathom the kind of torture He endured. The love He has for us never ceases to amaze me & just humbles me to tears! 🙏 Thank you for you message.💕
Thank you, Tina. I really appreciate that. All glory to Jesus Christ. I'm so grateful for His unending love. Hope you have a Blessed Resurrection Sunday.
"Unfortunately, I think many Christians just look at it from afar as a historical even that happened a little over 2000 years ago..."
I believe it was a little under 2000 years ago, if my calculations are correct - sorry for being a nitpicker, as it doesn't really change the point you were making. And yes! I'm probably one of those Christians you are talking about here; or, at least, I have been guilty of this way of thinking.
I pray that I can do better this Easter, and beyond.
No need to apologize. I was generalizing or approximating. May we all do better as we reflect on what He did for us and to us. Hope you have a Blessed Easter.

It is Resurrection Day not Easter for me NO BUNNIES NO EGGS all fertility symbols to a pagan belief system. CHRIST ALONE MESSIAH!
Amen sister! I agree 100%. Resurrection Day. There were no bunnies or dyed eggs at Calvary.
Jesus died on a pole at sundown Friday.
This is so beautiful , thank you .

Well written and drawn beautifully!
Only change I would make is to drop "Easter" and use Holy Week and Resurrection Sunday.
It is a hard habit to break as I remind myself each time I let the pagan word slip.
I was reinforcing your point regarding Resurrection Day.
This year 2025, so reminiscent full of non-coincidence - of the Living Sacrifice Our Lord and Savior IESOUS CHRISTOS made for us.
Read about these exemplars too few of us know in this era of Postmodernism and should be ready to step up and do the same following I AM.

Thank you! I agree and at the end I made mention that I prefer Resurrection Day to Easter. God bless.

Thank you, Tina. I really appreciate that. All glory to Jesus Christ. I'm so grateful for His unending love. Hope you have a Blessed Resurrection Sunday.
Outstanding! Thank you for your words.
Thank you, brother. I appreciate that. Hope you have a Blessed Resurrection Sunday.
I'm definitely going to call it that from now on. Thanks!
There would be no Christianity if Jesus was not crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. Our faith hinges on the resurrection.
Amen brother. That's it. I'm so grateful for what He did for us. Hope you have a Blessed Resurrection Sunday.

I pray that I can do better this Easter, and beyond.
High Holy Week and beyond.
I focus on The Cross and the earliest of saints sacrificed to be regenerated into Saints.
Polycarp being the most approved of all Bishops as were his suffering congregants.
Nothing else matters.
No need to apologize. I was generalizing or approximating. May we all do better as we reflect on what He did for us and to us. Hope you have a Blessed Easter.
