Long story short, I am stuck with having to choose between staying with my wife so we can both remain unvaccinated but struggle almost daily to afford basic necessities OR I separate from her in order to stabilize our finances and attempt to get a 'vaccine' exempt visa for her which IF approved, may very well cost around $10,000. If denied, then that's basically the monsters behind this 'virus' scare saying that my wife either takes their poison or we can never be together again
This is a novel idea affecting anyone who had been placed in Facebook Jail during pandemic. I made an initial attempt in July after I had filed suit against the White House for refusing to respond to a FOIA, requesting information regarding whether the infectious dose and secondary attack rate for COVID-19 was classified.
Under Executive Order 12,958, these standard metrics could not be classified unless the government owns and/or controls the virus. And the government cannot own or control the virus unless it had come from a laboratory.
EDVA tabled the litigation and refused to issue a summons to serve the complaint, and so after the White House had the press conference on problematic accounts on Facebook, and Facebook disabled my account just four days after for "security reasons", I amended the complaint and joined them as defendants.
The provision is 18 USC Section 248, the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which had been 100% successful since 1994 in providing a civil remedy for people seeking an abortion, but to pass through Congress they included the same protections for entrances to places of worship that nobody has ever used.
Facebook church was the recommended option during pandemic, and the blocking of my account was not only apparent retaliation but also a violation of the FACE Act. It's a strict liability crime and doesn't matter if you have other available options.
Under the FACE Act, you receive injunctive relief to restore your access, punitive and compensatory damages, while your attorney covers reasonable fees, expert fees and court costs, a win/win.
This issue is now on its third iteration, and under the FACE Act, Facebook owes me in compensatory damages at least $5k for every worship service and Bible study since the account was disabled, the statutory settlement amount, if both parties agree to settle.
In August, Meta Platforms not only retained Orrick, the Am Law 50 international law firm, but also retained their bet-the-company, high profile client, partner Diana Szego Fassenbender.
I've worked in Am Law firms and a client doesn't do that for an easy win case.

Mike, I have begun to write about my experience and the related faith journey. I am definitely interested in following along. I understand your pain and the need for a voice. I was terminated, May 2022, for failing to comply. God's will be done.
This is a wonderful service and it's needed badly! However, we need to also include another festering aspect of this....people are not only losing jobs over their stance on covid, but they are also losing jobs due to their stance on the LGBTQ agenda, transgender ideology being pushed on children, pornographic books in public school libraries, their stance on advocating on behalf of the White European race, etc. I know of someone who lost their job because they said, "White lives matter" on their personal social media account. Another man lost his job because he had a pro-White podcast. So...people are losing their ability to have their own principles, morality and political positions.
This is a wonderful idea! So many of us have suffered this evil. I just keep remembering how much worse it would have been if we had taken the jab. We still have our health and that is priceless. Thank God we listened when He spoke. Prayers 🙏 for everyone.
Covid is pretty much extinct, given that its transmissibility increases with every mutation while its virulence has been going down with every one. It is the "vaccines" that will never go away until their death counts are admitted.
