Did you know.... in some of the “childhood” vaccines package inserts it reads “Metabolic Syndrome” as a side effect.

Research what Metabolic Syndrome is.

Then add in all the chemicals added to food, water, air and personal care products.

‘They’ create these conditions and illnesses for big pharma profit$

Some people make things happen.

Some people watch things happen.

Some people wonder, "What happened?"

You cannot make sense out of insanity.

The same people who control the money, control the education system and the mass media so people have been brainwashed for decades.

People have a blind allegiance to people they know are lying to them.

In a Godless society, it is merely a struggle for survival.

I started adjusting my diet almost 20 years and I'm learning more and more each day.

I recently got turned on to Earthing/Grounding and it is amazing!

Eating processed foods when you are hungry is like drinking sea water when you are thirsty.

On top of everything already mentioned in the comments, EMF pollution causes chronic fatigue and muscle weakness which leads to constant snacking and weight gain.

It begins with education on the dangers of processed foods, carbs, sugars, seed oils. The food pyramid is big food propaganda. Grocery stores are FULL of big food processed garbage. My shopping is very simple, meat, butter, ferments, low carb vegetables. Vitamin supplements. This “proper human diet” allowed me to beat type 2 diabetes and a host of other problems including losing 50 lbs. our body is our single greatest asset and unfortunately the greatest target for big corp profit. Big food, big pharma, big med. they all NEED us to be unhealthy.

This is a complicated issue and I’ve taken it on as a mother and grandmother to set an example of a better way to eat.

It’s not easy to find affordable healthy foods for one and I find that most people have no idea what to eat or how to prepare healthy food. This should be taught in school, every grade.

I’ve seen data showing 45% of Americans have bone loss of their upper mandible and begin to lose some teeth very early.

The foods young people want ( some young people) are just unhealthy, their toxic.

It’s a huge problem and we do need to quickly address it. If main stream media discussed it daily that would help but unlikely to happen.

Decades of poisoning is tough to find an instant solution to. First of all, trusting responses on Twitter is likely not a good idea. I want to educate young parents to be how to raise children without poisoning them with vaccines, food, cell phones and medications. Then I want to educate those parents and children about New Biology and hopefully instill a passion for learning and engaging in our nature and all of nature. No instant solutions here from me. I have tried to help people one on one kick habits but they sometimes don’t have the strength or keep medicating (in many ways) so it’s hard to find success.

Well the fda who is supposed to be in charge of regulating and testing both food and medicine are completely captured and corrupted by the those industries. I was fortunate to have a mother who was a health nut. I have 4 kids who I drive crazy with health/food/pharmaceutical info. They are all unvaccinated for Covid, take regular supplements and healthier than most. One is obsessive about it, the others it’s a constant battle. Most foods in the grocery store contain tons of sugar and chemicals which are addictive. It takes discipline and unfortunately a lot of money to live a clean healthy lifestyle. Most people can’t be bothered.

The sales volume of Pharma is the biggest of all industry branches. Worldwide. It needs to grow three percent per year to sustain the turnover and the growing profit. This can't come from nothing. This needs to be supported, promoted, encouraged.

Food and drugs are the only way to infkuence ones personal, individual conditions just enough to transform healthy people into pharma customers. That's the goal.

The poisoning of the environment doesn't fit that goal too much because even the elites are living amongst US and not that much under a glass dome with clean air, water and food. They want of course to protect themselves. That's why individual poisoning by medication and nourishment is the only way for Pharma to "stabilize the market" .

I became a Vegan in 2017. I cook my own meals. I rarely go to a restaurant because they use cheap oils that are unhealthy and GMO foods. I began listening to a variety of great nutritionists and bought their books. They also have great videos too. I went to the goodwill and found many great cookbooks by these same nutritionists. There are no gimmicks to healthy eating. The main thing is to plan ahead. Get rid of the processed foods or enjoy your last junk foods knowing you will not be buying any more of them in the future. Ideally, don't watch TV which has constant ads for bad food choices.

I listen to Gary Null daily on progressive radio. He has a combination of health info and current event commentary. If someone wants to change a behavior, they need to reinforce their new habits with either reading, video, or some other way of learning new information. I also walk every day and go to 4 exercise classes a week. Self mastery (not perfect, mind you) is a goal worth pursuing. The payoff is feeling great and not spending any money on pharmaceuticals.

The FDA and the EPA and the NIH are institutions that do not promote health in any way. They create confusion.

But focusing on that truth would be derided as having or promoting "victim mentality."

Instead, people should do their best effort to take care of themselves. Leave behind delusions, it doesn't matter who introduced those delusions, and move on to find their way to health.

A problem of this second view is that many people are not capable of gaining or recovering agency over themselves on their own. They need support. Insults and threats do not constitute support.

Who can give support? That's yet another problem. Families often enable addictions as much as doctors and propagandists of the Healthcare system. Should people break away from their families, leave behind the doctors and the healthcare system? Probably yes, but it is a very difficult thing to escape that trap.

And then they may fall in another trap of having confidence only in themselves, which leads to even greater problems.

I think most people are totally screwed and won't get better. But it is still worth trying.

The first step to health is to heal the mind a little bit by removing all sources of propaganda.

Can I ask that people who want to promote health to stop pushing propaganda, please?

We are trying to get people out, not to keep them in.

I think some form of communication with the true and living God would also be good help. Surprisingly, lots of people are against this idea even at this time. I mean, what could ever be wrong about telling people in trouble to get in contact with the ultimate reality?

Are you serious? You really need an explanation for that photo? Really, Mike, don't you know why people overeat, eat excessive carbs and sugars and fast food and crap drinks? If you are seriously asking that question, try listening to Gabor Mate on addiction. It has NOTHING to do with education.

Part of the problem is that most conventional doctors rarely discuss healthy eating, nor admit it could be a solution to whatever ails you. This allows people to believe diet's not important or the doctor would have mentioned it. In med school, they rarely study diet. That's intentional. They're role in the system is to prescribe pills and shots. It matters not that neither cure.

Another problem is, whose idea of a healthy diet should people follow? There's so much competing information out there and most studies are industry funded. Like studies on coffee's benefits for example. Who doesn't love hearing their favorite vice is healthy? The "science" is rarely non-biased.

So ignorance is a big part of poor dietary choices. But we're also ignorant of the role toxins and systemic viruses play in bogging down our livers ... and a toxic liver leads to weight gain. It's not just laziness and gluttony after all.

And finally, there's personal responsibility, corporate responsibility and addiction. Earth's not an easy place to live. Never has been. Comfort foods are rarely healthy and they're readily available. Maybe they should come with warnings on the label like cigarettes?

But the truth is, most people want to eat what they want to eat. And they want to take a pill that allows them to keep doing that.

Over the last 30 years, I've watched as the nutrition in processed foods slowly dripped to that available from eating the boxes it came in, and cancers and pulmonary/cardiovascular disease soared. In the process, I have abandoned food as nutrition and replaced it with supplements that have met my nutritional need while allowing me to eat whatever junk food met my protein and fat requirements.

I take half of the minimum tablet dose of a loop diuretic and have slight hypotension, and no sign of arteriosclerosis. I gave up on antioxidants because they interfere with my immune system while natural anti-inflammatories keep my CRP at .4.

I’ve been committed to toxic free Whole Foods diet for 16 years, and the last 11 to being 100% Pharma Free, I drink only filtered water. Not vaxed by Co-v, flu etc. I’m literally never sick and maintain good blood sugars with intermittent fasting, diag as a diabetic 30yr ago. I believe the toxic processed food is ADDICTIVE literally on purpose. Watch the documentary of “The SUGAR FILM” & you will know what I mean. I Cook for myself mostly plant based because meats from the store can’t be trusted & can’t afford “Farm- Fed to Table”. But I get great protein from eggs, beans & legumes. I maintain a healthy weight & walk. My 12 yr old nephew is Obese & quit sports, he’s allowed to be on his phone constantly. I fully expect he will quit school by age 16 because he quits everything that doesn’t entertain him.

This is a country of self absorbed ingrates that think they are the center of it all. They need Jesus to Fill them up not fast food & watching garbage on TV & internet. Lazy, depressed just “take a pill” for being unfulfilled addicted to Sin & Gluttony of it. I pray for individual hearts to SEEK CHRIST! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🔥🙌🏼🔥

I speak Truth to a 12yr old student that I tutor. And, I am grateful to have a grown awakened son and daughter-in-law that I can talk Truth about the state of affairs openly. When they’re not toooo busy running a business and trying to make a l comfortable living when all the good people are being oppressed financially, medically, mentally, physically and religiously by government tyrants and corrupt bureaucrats.

"I think that many people are degenerates, especially the young."

Mike, i think "degenerated" would be a better word here.

"We have a culture that encourages instant gratification and self-indulgence."

And more than anything, encourages consumption.
